The 3 axle liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) semi-trailer is a large, special pressure vessel vehicle specifically designed for road transport of LPG. It mainly consists of a dedicated chassis (running mechanism) and a high-pressure tank.

Product Details

High-strength tank body: Typically constructed from high-strength pressure vessel steel plates, the tank wall thickness is precisely calculated to withstand design pressures of approximately 1.76 MPa to 1.8 MPa.

Volume range: Common geometric volumes range from 40 to 60 cubic meters, with rated load capacities of approximately 20 to 30 tons.

Mounting mechanism: A 3-axle structure equipped with leaf spring suspension or air suspension. Air suspension effectively reduces vibration during transportation, protecting precision valves and pipelines.

Corrosion protection: The exterior of the tank typically undergoes sandblasting for rust removal and is coated with high-performance anti-corrosion paint and heat-insulating topcoat to reflect solar heat and reduce the rate of pressurization within the tank.
